There is light
On the other side of the night
This is my favorite section simply because it features any and all planning for future projects, projects in the making and other amusing things. I always enjoy the construction of things more than the feeling of accomplishment I get from being able to unveal a new site. This section is on its own since it's under constant updating and revamping. Please note that
I don't keep my word on a lot of projects. It's all based on whether it keeps me interested, so it's something everyone must come to terms with. That being said, please continue!
In the world of
Naruto, Tobi isn't my only favorite character. Infact I have two others, and this young man is actually places second in my favorites. The second spot would go to none other than Shikamaru Nara, a chuunin apart of Team 10. Shikamaru is unlike any character I have ever seen. With an IQ of 200, Shikamaru refuses to see his potential as a shinobi, but when he puts his heart into it, he can be unpredictable and an amazing leader. The moment in Part One when he cries after a failed mission (leading to the critical conditions of his teammates), shows he is more than a lazy child. He is a deep and serious character and this stretches into Part Two, especially after his first battle with Akatsuki. He a fascinating character who's most powerful ability isn't just his intellect, but his resolution to insure the well-being of his team.
In
CardCaptor Sakura, everyone's favorite little girl was mine as well. The series was not the stereotypical series about magic and love; it's actually charming. Sakura is not a lovesick girl who wears frilly clothes and fights bad guys. She's a little girl and thinks like one. She's saving the world but she will stop at nothing to make her family and friends happy. While some young girls are swooning over their mysterious savior, Sakura struggles with her feelings constantly. It was endearing on so many level to see her grow, all while maintaining her innoncence. Learning that Sakura would once again appear in
Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, I immediatly picked up the first copy I could get my hands on and I wasn't dissapointed; Sakura had never changed, even with her memories gone.
Ever since
Yu-Gi-Oh! aired I was hooked. Something about the series really caught me and during my years in High School I was playing the card game with my friends, trying to create an unstoppable deck. More people got into the game and I began to forget about the series. Years later I finally saw the original series and began to collect the manga and thus I decided I needed a tribute to one of the characters. It was a very difficult choice since Yugi, Jounochi and Seto were my favorites. I thought that for starters I would begin with Seto - his past intrigued me and I felt sympathy for him since he knew no other way of life. Not only that but despite how he comes across to others, to his little brother he's nothing short of a kind man.
